About Carlie:
I love the areas where design specialties meet. My love for fashion found its place in industrial design while co-oping at Fossil designing watches for Michael Kors. Next, I saw the brilliance of mixing industrial design, interior design and graphic design while creating event and marketing productions at MKG in New York City. Design is at its best when fields overlap, and that is when I have the most fun designing.

My capstone project is fueled by my love of travel and art. While recently studying abroad in Paris, I was constantly frustrated by the massive crowds and hard-to-navigate layouts of the giant art museums. My capstone is about creating a device to help ease this frustration for future art museum visitors while at the same time educating novice views are their art preferences.
